by the decree of the Australian schilling

It’d been a few days since the cons had been let loose on the streets, but so far Iacon didn’t look any worse for wear. The only real difference was that there were more and more Cybertronians out and about…and more arriving every day. It was getting rowdier…and louder and busier but it felt good too somehow – just to see so many of them gathered together in a place that isn’t a battlefield. But even with all the crowds of new faces cluttering the roads, tracking Rodimus down never got any harder. Apparently, most Cybertronians didn’t fancy a bright, flame-themed color scheme.

It’s towards the outskirts of the city where Drift spots the other bot this time, and he beelines over to him – bearing an eager expression.

“Hey there ‘captain’. You have a second to spare?"

Rodimus grins when he hears the familiar voice, although he doesn't turn. He's been watching the ebb and flow of the crowd for the past twenty kliks, astonished by the sheer volume and variety of Cybertronians who'd made their way back to the home planet. It was incredible...although how good or bad it would turn out to be remained to be seen.

"A second? 'Course. 'Captain, though...that's got a nice ring to it, doesn't it?" he says, continuing his leisurely observance. "'Captain.'"
